Don’t give up on your story just because you don’t like a chapter.

Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be-Psalm 139:16

This outstanding truth excites me. Before you were born, before you even learned how to walk and talk God had a beautiful story written for your life. Even more exciting news, He ordained every one of your days! There’s no day you’ve ever lived in or experienced that God wasn’t in it. The same God that wrote our story also leads and lives out our story with us! If you are a person going through a rough phase in your story, be encouraged to know it’s only a chapter and not the story. God has your comeback story planned; it is going to be inspiring. We have to sometime remember, rough chapters make up glory stories. God knows how to get glory from every phase of our lives.

Before my wife and I got married, it was clear that our love story was one beautifully written by God; we knew He was in control. Yes, we had many challenging situations before we got married which caused a lot of confusions, but we had to keep looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our story.

Life may be tough for you right now, but God is tougher! You might be experiencing setbacks, but it’s only a setup to the best scene in your story. Remember this day, that Jesus the author of our stories never leaves or forsakes us.
